PointRight and FLACCOs Partner to Bring Long-term Post-Acute Analytics to ACOs
October 23rd, 2018: PointRight® and The Florida Association of ACOs (FLAACOs) announced a strategic partnership that will help Florida Account Care Organizations (ACOs) use credible and current skilled nursing facility data that includes performance measures as well as quality and clinical measures to build, manage and improve Long Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) Preferred Provider Networks.
